Mining
HEMM Equipments
We manufacture Ladders, catwalks, platforms and handrails in both steel and aluminum, centrifugally casted PB bushes for shovels, draglines and dump trucks. Dump body repairs for HEMM dumpers and buckets, track pads, boom, arm, drive tumbler and idler roller repairs for shovels/ excavators are also carried out at our works in Waidhan. Supply of spares along with rehabilitation and all other major repairs of under carriage of shovels are being done by us.
Material Transfer Application Spares & Services
Waidhan group is all geared to improve wear life of spares in material handling systems thereby increasing the efficiency and profitability of the operations. Along with supplying best quality products that make bulk material handling more efficient, we also offer various services that compliments our products. Hopper made from stainless steel, mild steel & wear plates are also manufactured by us.
Power
Coal nozzle tips, closure joint, helix ribbon etc are being supplied regularly to NTPCs, State electricity boards and other private thermal power stations. Further SS and GI bucket strainer used in cooling towers are also manufactured by us.
Cement
Hoppers, wear liner package for chutes, transfer points, drain chutes, deflector plates, bucket elevator, screens, grizzly bars, air separator in vertical raw mill (VRM), screw conveyors, dam ring etc are being manufactured by us for cement industry.
